Refund & Return Policy
At Witches Brew Coffee Co., your satisfaction is important to us. Because we serve freshly prepared food and beverages, all sales are generally final. However, we want every visit to feel right — if something isn't up to standard, please let us know immediately and we'll make it right.
In-Store Purchases If there is an issue with your order — wrong drink, incorrect preparation, or quality concern — please bring it to our staff's attention before leaving. We will gladly remake your order or issue a refund at our discretion.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food or beverage items once they have been consumed or taken off the premises.
Online Orders For orders placed online for in-store pickup, cancellations must be made before the order is prepared. Once an order is in preparation, we are unable to issue a refund.
Catering Catering deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
