Online Orders

Orders placed online are for in-store pickup only. By placing an order you agree to our refund and return policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Witches Brew Coffee Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to Witches Brew Coffee Co. through any of our opt-in forms (including but not limited to our streetcar coupon page, sitewide signup popup, and event registration pages), you agree to be bound by these SMS Text Messaging Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

Consent

You consent to receive transactional text messages — including single-use coupon code delivery, event reminders, and order or visit confirmations — at the mobile number you provide. If you affirmatively opt in to recurring marketing messages by checking the marketing-consent checkbox at signup, you also consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from Witches Brew Coffee Co.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send to us and messages we send to you. Witches Brew Coffee Co. is not liable for any charges from your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and Help

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, reside in the United States, and are the authorized user or account holder of the mobile telephone number you provide.

Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase from Witches Brew Coffee Co.

Program Changes

Witches Brew Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate our SMS Mobile Messaging Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. For full details on what data we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By opting in to text messages from Witches Brew Coffee Co., you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Messages may include coupons and promotions, shop updates, and loyalty codes. Message frequency varies and is up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive, and we charge nothing for them.

You may cancel at any time and at no penalty by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming the cancellation. Reply HELP to any message, or email brew@witchesbrew.co, for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and to transmission by our messaging providers. We share your mobile number only with the service providers who deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of information described in our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your mobile information.
