About Us

Welcome to Witches Brew Coffee Co.

Some say great coffee is magic. We say it's craft and care, but we're not ruling anything out.

Witches Brew Coffee Co. started with a simple idea: your local coffee shop should feel like a second home. A place where the barista remembers your order, where you can settle in for a while, and where every drink is made with love.

Whether you're grabbing something quick or staying for hours, we've built a space for you—inside or out on the patio. Bring a book, meet a friend, or open your laptop and lose track of time.

Our Philosophy

We proudly source our coffee from  Mammoth Coffee, a New Orleans-based roaster known for thoughtful sourcing and beautifully balanced coffees.

From a simple, well-pulled espresso to something seasonal and a little more adventurous, we just want your drink to be exactly right.

Everything we can make ourselves, we do. Our baked goods and coffee syrups are crafted in-house—same care, every time.

We're also proud to partner with women-owned and independent makers across our supply chain. People building something real, with purpose behind every product.

Our Tea

Every tea on our menu is chosen carefully.

Our blends come from Wild Coast Brew , a small farm and tea operation run by Micha and Dan in the coastal mountains of Oregon. Their teas are made from sustainably grown and foraged herbs, roots, and fungi—blended in small batches with a creativity and connection to the land that you can actually taste.

Our Matcha

Our matcha comes from  Mizuba Tea Co, a woman-owned, family-run company that works directly with tea farmers in Japan. They bring in traditional, stone-milled matcha and heritage teas, and their relationships with growers go back years. You can taste that in every cup.

Our Native Grown Yaupon

Our yaupon is sourced from  CatSpring Yaupon, a Texas-based, woman-led company helping revive one of North America's only native caffeinated plants. Their yaupon is wild-harvested and carefully processed—smooth, steady energy without the crash.

Our Community

Witches Brew is built by people who care, and that doesn't stop at our door. We're proud to partner with  Tomato Club , a New Orleans-based 501(c)(3) that rescues orphaned neonatal kittens—the tiniest, most vulnerable animals that would otherwise have nowhere to go.

We donate 0.25% of all coffee sales to support their work.

The Space

This place wouldn't be what it is without the people behind it. Deanna and the team put a lot of heart into making Witches Brew feel welcoming and just a little bit special.

Come as you are—early risers, late-night studiers, weekend wanderers. There's a seat for you here.

Come In

We'd love to see you. Stop by, say hello, and let us make you something wonderful.
