The Milk We Pour
The Milk We Pour
Every milk behind our counter earns its place — for how it tastes, how it’s made, and who makes it.
We could pour whatever’s cheapest. We don’t. From the world’s first watermelon seed milk to a woman-founded pistachio milk and a carbon-neutral barista oat, here’s who we pour in New Orleans — and why. Any alternative milk is a small add to your drink.

Milkish
The world’s first milk made from watermelon seeds — blended with a little pea protein, with no added sugar, no gums, and no seed oils. Naturally free of soy, gluten, and tree nuts, and made with far less water than almond milk. It steams to a latte-ready froth, and it’s what we reach for when you order most iced and blended drinks.

Táche
The original pistachio milk. Pressed from pistachios grown by fourth-generation family farmers, with no added oils or fillers — so it froths clean and pours rich and nutty. Táche is woman-founded, and a share of every carton goes to girls’ education. If you’ve never had a pistachio latte, this is the one.

Black Scottie Chai
Our chai. A small-batch concentrate brewed from real black tea, honey, and a proprietary spice blend — nothing artificial, nothing with a lab-coat name. It’s concentrated about tenfold, so every cup pours bold and deeply spiced. Order it straight, or dirty with a shot of espresso.

Minor Figures
Our everyday oat. A London-born barista oat built to foam and steam for latte art. Minor Figures has been carbon neutral since 2020 and is a certified B Corp, with a regenerative-grain oat line farmed alongside Wildfarmed. Clean-label, fully plant-based, and steady in every drink we build.
Rounding out the everyday options: Califia Farms almond and coconut, plus half & half and fat-free dairy. Good, dependable, and always on hand.
